You will receive an automated email saying that your order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped to you, you will receive another email saying that your order has been shipped and we will give you the tracking ID to track your shipment.
We try to ship orders the day after you place them, but in some cases and depending on the volume of orders, it can take 2 to 4 business days to ship. We appreciate your patience.
We typically ship with USPS for orders within the US which takes 3-5 business days, but in some cases it may take longer. We appreciate your patience and apologize on behalf of the USPS for any delays.
We ship most of our orders from Miami, Florida, USA.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on items purchased during a SALE. If you have any further questions about this, please email Customer Service at email@example.com to see if any exceptions apply to you.
Go to our Returns section in the footer of the website and follow the instructions provided. Please make sure your item is unused and has all tags and security tape. Also be sure to state your order number and name.
For any exchange, please return the item to us using the same instructions given in our Returns section and include a note inside the package indicating the size you wish to exchange it for. If we don't have the item, we'll email you and offer a refund or gift card. If we do, we'll ship it to you free of charge using the same address you provided on the original order.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days or sometimes even a bit longer depending on your bank. Please allow some time for it to arrive and if not, contact your bank.
Sometimes USPS changes the status to Delivered when the item is ready for delivery, so please allow a couple of days. If not, check with your neighbors or the leasing office or mailbox, if there is one. If you still can't find it, please call USPS with your tracking number at (800) 275-8777.
